Texas smoker - a permanent fixture in the heart of Newcastle City Centre as part of the shipping container village, The Stack.
Welcome to the restaurant, roll up your sleeves and get stuck into a menu full of American smokehouse favourites. All their BBQ is smoked in house for up to 48 hours, low and slow using bourbon oak and served in baskets and on big platters.
No standing on ceremony here, dinner is all about getting a crowd together, loosening your belt and enjoying mouth watering BBQ flavours in a relaxed, informal atmosphere.
Inside or out - anything goes so have it your way. Chill inside watching the best rock and blues on their 75” TV or sit outside under one of the Stack’s cosy heaters listening to local bands.
On to the serious bits; rated 5* scores on the doors by Newcastle City Council and 5* by Northumberland for their mobile units.
Their managers are trained to level 3 health and hygiene and all staff are trained to level 2.
